Terms of Service

BoxTV Stream provides a subscription that gives access to streaming content delivered over the internet. Access is provided through login credentials (such as an M3U link, Xtream Codes login, or compatible streaming application) that are personal to your subscription.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out using them.

Subscriptions are offered as prepaid packages (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Orders can be placed directly on this website using our secure card checkout, or arranged through our contact channels, including WhatsApp. All prices are shown before payment. Access is activated once payment is confirmed and remains valid for the duration of the purchased package.

Our shop sells physical streaming hardware (TV boxes, streaming sticks, remotes, projectors and accessories). The following applies to shop orders:

• prices are displayed in USD; the shipping cost for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay;
• orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse within 1–3 business days and delivered by tracked carrier, typically within 7–20 business days, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy;
• import duties or taxes levied by the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient;
• returns, replacements and refunds for shop orders are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or redistribute your credentials without authorization;
• use more simultaneous connections than your plan allows;
• attempt to circumvent, copy, or tamper with the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section without refund.

Channel and content availability may change over time and can depend on third-party sources, your device, and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will be available at all times.

The BoxTV Stream name, branding, website, and software are owned by the operator and may not be used without permission. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
